Steve Wong

Steve Wong has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Steve started their career as an Operations Research Analyst at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in 1980 and then moved to Martin Marietta as an Engineer from 1987 to 1990. Steve then transitioned into the field of programming, working as a SAS Programmer at Baxter Healthcare in 1991 and later as a Senior SAS Programmer at PAREXEL from 1992 to 1996. Steve then joined Wyeth as a Principal SAS Programmer from 1996 to 2003. In 2004, they joined Millennium Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director, specializing in Oncology Standards Management, a role they held until 2014. Currently, Steve is the Director of U.S. Statistical Programming at Cytel, where they have been working since 2014.

Steve Wong completed their Bachelor of Arts in Math - System Science at UCLA from 1975 to 1979. Steve then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Numerical Analysis from The Johns Hopkins University, which they completed from 1982 to 1985.
