Susannah Sadler has a diverse work experience in the field of health economics and research. Susannah is currently working at Cytel as an Associate Director, Research Principal, leading a team of junior and senior health economists in the European Health Economics team. Susannah'srole involves developing strategic health economic materials, conducting analyses, and contributing to broader activities such as systematic review and evidence synthesis. Previously, they worked at Health Economics and Outcomes Research Ltd as a Principal Health Economist and Senior Research Analyst - Health Economic Modelling. In these roles, they collaborated with pharmaceutical manufacturers to assess the economic value of new health interventions and led projects from proposal to delivery. Susannah also gained experience as a Research Fellow at the University of Exeter, where they worked on economic modeling and analysis alongside clinical trials, and as a Health Economics Modeller at the University of Sheffield, focusing on cost-effectiveness modeling and teaching. Prior to their roles in health economics, Susannah worked as a Research Analyst at the Homes and Communities Agency and held various roles at Yorkshire Water, including Market Economist and Regulatory Service Co-ordinator. Susannah began their career as a Waltham Scholar at the Animal Health Trust.
Susannah Sadler obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Anatomy & Physiology from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Susannah then pursued a Master's Degree in Economic Management and Policy at the University of Strathclyde, graduating in 2015.
