Adam Armengol

Adam Armengol has extensive experience in the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Supervisor and Downstream Lead in Manufacturing at Akron Bio since February 2021, with prior roles as a Process Development Scientist in R&D. Before joining Akron Bio, Adam worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Supervisor for Upstream Manufacturing in Viral Vector Services from July 2020 to February 2021. Adam also gained valuable experience as a Laboratory Supervisor at ASO Worldwide from May 2019 to July 2020, a prominent global supplier of first aid and wound care products. Earlier in the career, Adam served as a Process Development Biochemist at Cambryn Biologics LLC, focusing on biologic products for wound healing and clotting factor deficiencies from August 2016 to April 2019. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Virginia.
