Annelies Onraedt

Annelies Onraedt currently serves as the Head of Product Engineering at Cytiva, a role assumed in May 2023 following a long tenure at Pall Corporation, where positions included VP Product Engineering and Director Product Commercialization, focusing on the successful commercialization and continuous improvement of Pall Biotech's product launches. Annelies also held the position of Director Marketing Cell Culture Technologies, managing portfolio strategies for advanced cell culture bioreactors, and served as Global Market Manager Vaccine, where responsibilities involved business growth strategies and market trend analysis. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role as a biopurification process specialist and a scientific researcher and teaching assistant at Ghent University, where significant contributions were made in research and education. Annelies holds a PhD in bacterial fermentation and purification, alongside a Master's degree in bioscience engineering from Ghent University, complemented by studies at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Toulouse.
