Erica Windsor

Erica Windsor (Koeller) is a seasoned professional in project management and operations within the healthcare and life sciences sectors, currently serving as PMO Leader for Enterprise Solutions & Single Use at Cytiva since April 2020. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions at GE Healthcare from 2010 to April 2020, including PMO Leader, FlexFactory Project Manager, and Materials Planner/Scheduler, along with completing the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) and serving as a Lean Manufacturing intern. Erica holds a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University (2005-2010).
