Kia Potts Hoffman

Kia Potts Hoffman, PMP, currently serves as a Project Sourcing Leader and Project Manager at Cytiva since May 2021. Previously, Kia held the role of Project Manager at athenahealth, overseeing ambulatory care onboarding services and customer-facing software implementation projects. At GE Healthcare, Kia progressed through various positions, including Associate Project Manager and roles within the Operations Management Leadership Program, where significant contributions included managing design transfer programs, leading production teams, and implementing process improvements that led to substantial revenue increases and cost savings. Kia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo in 2015.
