Kristen Skolarz has a diverse work experience in the life sciences industry. Kristen started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Beckman Coulter in 1994 and worked there until 2001. Kristen then joined GE Healthcare, where they worked as a Technical Education Developer from 2001 to 2013, and later as a Training Designer and Developer from 2013 to 2020. In 2020, they transitioned to Cytiva, formerly known as GE Life Sciences, as a Training Designer and Developer. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Modality Program Manager and Instructional Designer at Cytiva, starting in 2021. Kristen is driven to bring transformational health to patients and has a strong passion for the life sciences field.

Kristen Skolarz earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Marquette University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
