Lauren Payette

Lauren Payette serves as the Director of Human Resources for Global Supply Chain Operations at Cytiva since January 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner. Lauren has a robust background in human resources, having worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Biomere, and as the Director of Human Resources at Robert Half Management Resources, where expertise in staffing and consulting solutions was developed. Additional experience includes roles at Dell EMC, where project leadership and HR program management were key responsibilities, and at Telerik and EMC, where HR generalist roles focused on operations and global mobility were undertaken. Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Villanova University.
