Lily Ong

Lily Ong, PhD, is an experienced professional in the field of genomic medicine, currently serving as the Genomic Medicine Workflow Manager at Cytiva since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lily held positions at Cytiva as a Workflow Specialist and Product Manager for Cell Therapy. Lily's career began as a Cell Therapy Application Scientist at Terumo BCT and included a role as a Technical Sales Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Additionally, Lily contributed as a Postdoctoral Scientist at A*STAR, focusing on the development of cGMP compliant processes for human iPSCs and the differentiation of PBMCs into erythroid progenitor cells. Lily obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from the University of Otago between 2012 and 2016.
