Mariah Cajuste

Mariah Cajuste is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in managing and executing global L&D strategies. Currently serving as the L&D Talent Development Program Manager and Global Learning & Development Manager at Cytiva since June 2021, Mariah specializes in aligning L&D initiatives with regional cultural requirements to foster business growth and employee development across the US and Canada. Previous roles include Talent Development at Staples, Global Learning and Development Manager at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, and corporate trainer positions at The Computer Merchant and NuView Systems, where Mariah developed and delivered training programs for various HRIS functions. Mariah holds a Doctor of Law degree from Massachusetts School of Law, an MBA in International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, and a BS in Business Administration from Cumberland College.
