Rick Cornell has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Rick is currently working at Cytiva as the Vice President of Operations, Cell Culture Media, a position they have held since May 2023. Before joining Cytiva, Rick was with GE Healthcare where they held several roles including GM Bioprocess Global Supply Chain from April 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the GM Cell Culture Operations and Global Operations Leader at GE Healthcare. Rick's career began in 1985 at Seagate Technology as an Area Manager and they later worked at Courtaulds, plc as a Plant Manager. Rick joined GE Healthcare in 1998 as a Manufacturing Director and worked their way up to become the Site Director for Molecular Imaging Manufacturing.

Rick Cornell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Economics and Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Rick furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Economics from Creighton University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn in 2022.
