Ronald J. Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, systems engineering, and military leadership. Currently serving as a Facilities & Engineering Project Manager at Cytiva since June 2020, Ronald has successfully led multiple high-value projects, including a $16M site expansion. Prior roles include managing software testing activities and leading a key nuclear conflict planning system at the United States Strategic Command, and serving as a U.S. Naval Officer for two decades, where Ronald held various positions such as Senior Analyst and Logistics Branch Chief in support of operations in Afghanistan. Ronald's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Science in Applied Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School, and language studies in Pashto at the Defense Language Institute.
