Shiying Zhang

Shiying Zhang has over 30 years of work experience in scientific research and development. Starting in 1991, they worked as a Research Associate in Microbiology at Technical Resources Inc./US EPA. Shiying then moved on to become an Associate in Biology/Microbiologist at the University of West Florida/US EPA from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, Zhang joined Pall Corporation as an Associate Scientist and progressively advanced to roles such as Research Scientist and Sr. Scientist. Shiying worked there until 2017 before joining Cytiva as a Principal Scientist in 2023.

Shiying Zhang received a Master's degree in Food Science from Utah State University between 1989 and 1991. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Pharmacology at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from 1983 to 1988. Apart from these college degrees, there is no information available regarding their high school education.
