Aminollah Khormali

Aminollah Khormali, PhD has a strong background in machine learning and deep learning. Aminollah is currently working as a Machine Learning Data Scientist at CytoVeris since December 2022. Prior to this, they were a Deep Learning Scientist at Genentech starting from May 2021.

From 2017 to 2018, Aminollah worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Central Florida. During this time, they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the course COP3223-Introduction to C, where they provided guidance to students and graded their assignments. Aminollah conducted research on the applications of machine/deep learning networks in cyber-security.

Between 2019 and 2021, Aminollah worked as a Deep Learning Researcher at the Transilico Research Group. Additionally, they were involved in research on Advanced Process Automation & Control (APAC) within the Research Group at K. N. Toosi University of Technology from 2015 to 2017. Aminollah also worked at the Research Laboratory For Fault Detection and Isolation (FDI) at the same university from 2012 to 2015.

Aminollah Khormali, PhD completed their education as follows: from 2012 to 2015, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Central Florida. Finally, from 2017 to 2021, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Engineering, also from the University of Central Florida.
