Ellie Kobak is a software engineering and data science professional with a diverse range of experiences in technology and education. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Intern at CyVers, Ellie previously worked at The High Performance Computing Laboratory, where extensive testing and debugging were conducted using Python, alongside creating user manuals and tutorials that significantly streamlined processes for graduate students. As Vice President of Technology at Oregon Blockchain, Ellie led educational initiatives on blockchain technology and recruited computer science students, while also enhancing security and reliability during an internship at Viewpoint. Additionally, Ellie held leadership roles in UO Women in Computer Science, fostering an inclusive environment for women and minorities in technology. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Sports Business from the University of Oregon, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Lincoln High School.
