Head of Customer Success at Cyviz

Kiril Gurin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kiril started their career as a Market Associate Intern at Expedia Group in July 2017 and worked in that role until September 2017. Kiril then joined the company as a Market Associate in October 2017 and continued in that position until October 2018. After that, they became an Associate Market Manager at Expedia Group from October 2018 to October 2019.

In 2019, Kiril Gurin joined Brigad ⚡️ as an Account Developer from October 2019 to March 2020. Kiril then moved on to MAPAL Group UK and worked as a Customer Success Manager from March 2020 to October 2021.

Currently, Kiril Gurin is employed at Cyviz as a Customer Success Manager since October 2021. Kiril has recently been promoted to the position of Head of Customer Success, starting from January 2023.

Kiril Gurin completed their education history as follows:

- From 2015 to 2017, they attended Edinburgh Napier University, where they obtained a Ba (Hons) in Hospitality Management, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management.

- Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they studied at Edinburgh College, earning an HND in Hospitality Administration/Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kiril Gurin also obtained additional certifications. In May 2021, they completed a course called "Leading Yourself" at LinkedIn, and in April 2021, they completed another course titled "Project Leadership" from the same institution.
