Pedro Mendez

Pedro Mendez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Pedro began their career as a Data Center Technician at IBM in 2011 and worked their way up to become an Abuse Analyst, dealing with legal and security-related issues. In this role, they analyzed reports and worked closely with law enforcement agencies. Pedro then transitioned to the role of Interim Data Center Manager at IBM, where they managed a team of technicians and oversaw the day-to-day operations of multiple data center environments. Following their time at IBM, Pedro joined StackPath as a Security Analyst. In this position, they analyzed security alerts, conducted employee security awareness training, and created documentation on security policies and procedures. Currently, Pedro is working at Cyware as a Technical Support Associate, where they provide technical support and assistance to customers.

Pedro Mendez obtained an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Remington College-Dallas Campus. In addition, they have received several certifications from Cyware, including Certified CSAP User, Certified CFTR Administrator, Certified Orchastrate Analyst, and Certified CTIX Analyst.
