Andy Pfannestiel

Andy Pfannestiel is currently the Director of IT Systems at Cyxtera Technologies since January 2019. Previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Maryville Consulting Group and as a Solution Architect at Maryville Technologies. Prior to that, Andy was a Manager at Accenture with Technical Architecture Specialty. Graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1996. Andy focuses on IT service management consulting, specializing in ITIL based process design, technical architecture, and ITSM strategy with a current focus on implementation of solutions provided by ServiceNow suite.
