Frederick Arnold is an experienced executive with a robust background in board governance and leadership across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Metropolitan Gaming Holdco Ltd., Frederick has held various board member positions at Navient, Cyxtera Technologies, and previously at M3-Brigade Acquisition III Corp., Valaris plc, The We Company, Syncora Holdings Ltd., FS KKR Capital Corp, and Corporate Capital Trust. Frederick Arnold's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College, a Master's degree in Jurisprudence from The Queen's College, Oxford, and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School.
