Rachel Springmeyer has a diverse work experience in the events and marketing industry. Rachel started their career at George P Johnson in 2004 as a Sr. Account Executive, where they coordinated and managed the national auto show program for America Honda & Acura. Rachel worked as a liaison between the client and internal divisions to ensure project success, profitability, and client satisfaction. In 2008, Rachel joined Czarnowski as a Project Manager, responsible for the successful completion of projects through collaboration with internal departments, external vendors, and third parties. Rachel then progressed to the role of Operations Manager in 2011, where they demonstrated their ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively. Finally, in 2014, Rachel was promoted to the position of Asst. General Manager, overseeing multiple locations and implementing policies and procedures focused on profitability and customer satisfaction. Rachel'smost recent role is Vice President Operations, which they assumed in January 2022 at Czarnowski.
Rachel Springmeyer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2003. Rachel later completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the same university between 2019 and 2021.
