Nicolette Eaves

Nicolette Eaves has extensive experience in event planning and management. Nicolette is currently an Associate VP at D.A. Davidson Companies, where they focus on meetings and events. Prior to this, they owned Sparrow Event Planning, a full-service event planning company in Denver. At Sparrow, they were responsible for running the business and executing events for corporate, social, and non-profit clients.

Nicolette also worked at Unbridled as a Senior Project Manager and Travel Director. In these roles, they provided on-site staffing for events of all sizes and industries, coordinated with staff and local vendors, and created exciting experiences for clients and attendees. Nicolette also worked as an Event Staff at PRA Business Events, where they provided event services and worked with local vendors to execute events.

In addition to their experience in event planning, Nicolette was a Contract Event Manager at EHIR, where they planned national roundtable conferences and managed registration, contracts, and travel. Nicolette also transitioned to virtual meetings and oversaw the sourcing and shipping of gift boxes to attendees.

Earlier in their career, Nicolette worked at CoBank as a Senior Event Marketing Specialist, overseeing event planning on a national level and collaborating with internal teams for materials production. Nicolette also worked at Transamerica as an Events Coordinator, handling site selection, logistics, and marketing objectives.

Nicolette's career began at Quiznos, where they served as a Central Development & Operations Coordinator, managing projects, coordinating communications, and planning large-scale conferences and staff events.

Nicolette Eaves completed their high school education at Standley Lake High School from 1995 to 1997. During this time, they received a diploma with a general field of study. Following their high school graduation, Nicolette attended Colorado State University from 1997 to 2001. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing.
