Christopher M. Koegel

Christopher Koegel, P.E., CCM is a Vice President of D&B and has 13 years of professional experience primarily centering around the construction management of wastewater, water supply and civil engineering infrastructure projects. A licensed professional engineer and a certified construction manager, he serves as D&B’s lead construction manager responsible for project management, resident engineering, field operations management, contractor coordination, quality control, contract administration, document control, supervision of field inspection crews, payment and change order review, as well as community outreach. Prior to garnering a wealth of construction management experience, Mr. Koegel was a member of D&B’s Civil Engineering Division, where he was actively involved with project development and activities for an array of local roadway and infrastructure projects.
