Molly McManamon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Molly started their career in 2009 as a Special Events Assistant at George Mason University. Molly then worked as an Intern at Sacred Sports Foundation, where they coordinated two sport and youth development programs. Following this, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at Mason Recreation from 2011 to 2012.
In 2012, Molly joined D.C. United as an Operations Intern before being promoted to Operations Coordinator from 2013 to 2016. Molly then moved to The Catholic University of America, where they worked as a Coordinator of Fitness, Recreation, and Wellness from 2016 to 2019.
