Tess Weiss

Tess Weiss has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Summer Intern at The George Washington University in 2015. Tess later interned at George Mason University Athletics from September 2015 to May 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Division Head at New Jersey "Y" Camps during the summer and then joined Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. as a Student Associate from September 2017 to May 2018. Tess continued their journey at Madison Square Garden as a Coordinator for Garden of Dreams from June 2018 to August 2020.

In 2020, Tess joined Cavalier Healthcare Services as a Patient Care Coordinator from October 2020 to June 2021. At the same time, they began their role as a Youth Group Advisor at Temple Rodef Shalom in October 2020. In 2021, they worked at Monumental Sports & Entertainment as an Account Executive for Washington Mystics & Capital City Go-Go from July 2021 to March 2022.

Currently, Tess Weiss is working at D.C. United in the role of Manager, Community Relations and D.C. United Foundation since April 2023. Before this role, they held the position of Coordinator for Community Relations and Foundation from March 2022 to April 2023.

Tess Weiss completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sports Management at George Mason University from 2012 to 2016. Tess then pursued further education at St. John's University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Sports Management from 2016 to 2018. Tess later attended The Johns Hopkins University in 2020 and earned a certificate in Sports and Entertainment Impact.
