Aadhya Sharma

Aadhya Sharma is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in analytics and research. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at The D. E. Shaw Group since April 2023, Aadhya previously held the position of Rating Analyst at CRISIL Limited from July 2020 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Reserve Bank of India in 2019 and a role as an Equity Research Associate at FinStreet IBS from 2018 to 2019. Aadhya holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from IBS Hyderabad (2018-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management (2015-2018), complemented by a High School education from Presentation Convent School.
