Jaywon Kim

Jaywon Kim is an experienced finance professional currently working as a Trader at The D. E. Shaw Group since September 2021, previously serving as a Proprietary Trading Intern within the Asset Backed Securities team during the summer of 2020. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a role as a Research Assistant for Assistant Professor Amanda Shanor in the Department of Legal Studies and Business Ethics.
