Becca Soave

Becca Soave has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Becca began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at New York & Company, where they managed a team and implemented sales strategies. Becca then moved to Guess?, Inc. and held several roles, including Inventory Allocator, Assistant Buyer, and Associate Buyer. In these positions, they analyzed sales data, managed supply chain issues, and presented solutions to drive sales. Becca later joined Lucky Brand as a Senior E-Commerce Merchandiser, focusing on site improvements, consumer behavior analysis, and product launches. Becca then transitioned to Lakeshore Learning Materials, where they served as the Senior E-Commerce Merchandiser and then the Manager of E-commerce Merchandising. In these roles, they utilized data analysis to drive web sales and profitability, developed a new taxonomy, and partnered with third-party vendors for search algorithm enhancements. Most recently, Becca worked at Fabletics as a Data Analyst, where they wrote SQL queries, built Tableau visualizations, and led reporting and analytics initiatives. Presently, they are the Director of BI and Data Analytics at dLuxury Brands.

Becca Soave is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Becca began their studies at California State University, Long Beach in 2005 and completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fashion Merchandising and Business Entrepreneurship in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Becca has obtained several certifications. In August 2022, they earned a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera. Becca also completed a Data Visualization and Communication with Tableau course authorized by Duke University in May 2022 and learned The Structured Query Language (SQL) through a course authorized by the University of Colorado Boulder in April 2022.

Furthermore, Becca obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Lakeshore Learning Materials in April 2017.
