Lal Kumar

Lal Kumar has been working in the field of verification since 2004. Lal began their career at HCL Technologies as a Member Technical Staff. In 2005, they moved to MindTree as a Senior Verification Engineer. In 2007, they became a Verification Consulting Engineer at Satris India Pvt Ltd. From 2008 to 2011, they held the roles of Staff Engineer (Verification) and Senior Engineer (ASIC Verification) at Orca Radio Systems. Lal then joined LSI Corporation as a Verification Engineer in 2011. In 2014, they moved to Maxim Integrated as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, where they were responsible for verification of Analog Mixed Signal Designs using UVM, creating verification plans with e Planner, and developing VIPs for Mixed Signal Designs. In 2020, they joined Innovium Inc. as a Verification Engineer, where they were responsible for IP verification of IFC and EFC, sub-system verification of IFC and EFC, and emulation of Teralynx switches. In 2021, they moved to AMD as PMTS, SCBU. Lal is currently working as a Verification Lead at d-Matrix.

Lal Kumar completed their MS in Microelectronics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an M.sc in Electronics & Communication from Sri Krishna Devaraya University in 2004.
