Chris Frandsen

Chris Frandsen has over 20 years of work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Chris started their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen in 1994 and worked there until 1999. In 1999, they joined D.R. Horton as a Region CFO/Division CFO and held that position until 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of DHI Communities, a subsidiary of D.R. Horton. Since January 2017, Chris has been the President of DHI Communities.

Chris Frandsen attended Red Mountain High School from 1988 to 1990. Chris then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance at the University of Arizona from 1990 to 1994. Chris has also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.
