Spencer Burback is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction at D.R. Horton since April 2016, Spencer has held multiple positions including Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Superintendent, focusing on multi-family construction. Prior experience includes positions as Construction Manager at Sullivan Remodeling and Multi-Family Construction Manager at Firmus Management and Construction. Additional expertise was gained at Lowe's Companies, where Spencer excelled as Home Remodeling Specialist, achieving #1 Regional Sales Associate and conducting training seminars on the 20/20 design program. Spencer has a solid foundation in project management, design estimation, and sales, complemented by certification as a Home Inspector from American Home Inspectors Training.
