Todd Funk

Todd Funk has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Todd started their career at Lennar Homes in 2005, working as a Regional Sr. Estimator until 2008. Todd then joined Lennar Homes again in 2008 as a Regional Purchasing Manager, where they streamlined processes and specifications and analyzed plans for cost reductions. In 2010, they became the National Purchasing Manager at Lennar Homes, responsible for negotiating and maintaining national accounts and contracts. Todd also built a trade base in labor-challenged environments. In 2017, Todd joined D.R. Horton as an Operations Manager, then progressed to the role of Vice President of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of City Operations - Tampa Division at D.R. Horton.

Todd Funk attended Carthage College from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration & Geography.
