Vicki Jones

Vicki Jones has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at D.R. Horton since January 1999. In this role, Vicki oversees all phases of the employment lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and termination, while collaborating with senior leadership and division management to implement human resource strategies. Prior to this, Vicki worked as an Executive Assistant at Snyder Oil Company from 1991 to 1999.
