Nick Tudor BEng MSc CEng FIET

Nick Tudor is an experienced engineer with a background in high integrity systems and software development. Nick has held various roles throughout their career, including Chief Executive Officer at D-RisQ Ltd since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked as Business Director and Director at D-RisQ Ltd, where they were involved in developing automated systems validation tools for the aerospace and automotive industries.

In addition to their role at D-RisQ Ltd, Nick Tudor is the founder of Tudor Associates Ltd and Aeronautique Associates Ltd, where they provide consultancy services and training in embedded systems, software, and certification standards such as DO178C and ISO26262.

Prior to their work in the private sector, Nick Tudor gained valuable experience in the Royal Air Force, where they served as a Squadron Leader. In this role, they specialized in software engineering and was responsible for various engineering aspects, including flight controls, wiring and electrical systems, and Typhoon radar design and development.

Before joining the Royal Air Force, Nick Tudor also worked at QinetiQ, where they focused on business development in the aerospace and defense industry, particularly in the field of high integrity systems and software development.

Nick Tudor has a comprehensive education history, starting with their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds. Nick attended this institution from 1983 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Software Engineering at the University of York, completing the program in 2000. Nick Tudor is currently a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET).
