James Stover

James Stover has over seven years of experience in laboratory operations. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Manager at D2G Oncology. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations at Epic Bio from 2020 to 2021, where they assisted in new laboratory buildout, with roles in the facility search, lab design, and office design. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Laboratory Operations Specialist at Avantor, where they cultivated relationships with various scientific and operational vendors and prepared for and assisted with internal and external inspections. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Jr. Specialist II - Lab Manager and Student Assistant II at the University of California, Davis, where they set up a BSL-2 environmental microbiology lab, oversaw lab-work and sampling logistics, and managed the lab on a day to day basis. In 2013, they were a Lab Technician Student Assistant at Las Positas College, where they set up labs, prepared media and reagents, and created SOPs for culturing, maintaining, and counting a microorganism population.

James Stover attended Las Positas College from 2011 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. James then attended the University of California, Davis from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
