Chuck Daniels

Chuck Daniels has a long history of working in the technology and telecommunications industry. Chuck began their career in 1989 as Vice President of the Strategic Technology and Research Group at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Bank. In 1992, they founded the MCI Advanced Technology Group and MCI Developers Lab at MCI Communications Corporation, where they combined computer, telecommunications, and broadband technologies for next-generation product development. In 1995, they joined the founding team of Nextlink Communications (now XO Communications) as President of Technology Services, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer. Chuck grew the footprint of the company, which is now publicly traded and generates $1.5B+ in annual sales. In 2000, they provided consulting in technology management, due diligence for potential acquisitions, corporate restructuring, asset liquidations, and new business development as the Chief Technology Officer for the 2nd largest provider of prepaid calling cards in the US. In 2003, they founded the start-up Honest Prepaid Calling Card Company, LLC, recruited an executive team, and raised $975K in private and strategic vendor investments. In 2004, they were recruited to restructure $550M company Nextiraone LLC and restore competitive edge as Executive VP, CTO, and CMO. In 2005, they founded ACBB-BITS LLC and created a strategic vision and business plan for a new cloud based, next generation hosted and managed voice and data services subsidiary of a major community bank cooperative. Chuck developed business and operations infrastructure, hired staff, generated initial business, created products, and negotiated $30M in contracts and leases for telecommunications services, equipment, and office space. In 2013, they founded D3 Unified Communications, LLC and serves as Founder and CEO of White Label UCaaS, VoIP, Unified Communications, and Managed Services.

Chuck Daniels obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
