Debashish Patra is the Head of Inside Sales and Business Development at D4 Insight. Debashish was previously with GAVS Technologies, where they served as Manager of Sales from January 2008 to January 2020.

At GAVS, Debashish was responsible for driving the organization towards becoming a Zero Incident EnterpriseTM through the use of the company's AIOps platform, Zero Incident FrameworkTM (ZIFTM). ZIF is an on-premise and SaaS solution that enables IT professionals to deliver high-performing IT infrastructure systems with end-to-end visibility. Through its Discover, Monitor, Analyze, Predict, and Remediate capabilities, ZIF helps manage and optimize IT infrastructure resources and assets, enhancing business services continuity.

Debashish is committed to bringing efficiency into infrastructure management and IT operations, delivering meaningful and actionable insights through advanced ML for business improvements, enhancing user experience, and reducing resource utilization.

Debashish Patra's educational career includes attending a Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Workshop and earning a BBA from Alagappa University. Debashish also has an MBA in Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University.
