Lizz Krummel

Lizz Krummel has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Their most recent position is as the Chief Human Resources Officer at D4C Dental Brands, Inc., a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President Human Resources at the same company from September 2022 to March 2023. Lizz also worked as the VP, Human Resources at D4C Dental Brands, Inc. from February 2020 to October 2022.

In these roles, they were responsible for managing the Human Resources department and developing and maintaining programs for recruitment, retention, benefit administration, compensation, employee relations, HR information systems, and staff development.

Prior to their tenure at Haven Behavioral Healthcare, Lizz worked as the Director of Compliance at CSHM LLC from April 2012 to May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for compliance-related activities and reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Lizz's earlier experience includes roles as the Director of Payroll at Church Street Health Management from February 2006 to March 2012, Business Office Manager at Small Smiles Dental Center of Aurora from August 2003 to January 2006, Business Intern at DD Marketing from June 2003 to August 2003, and Legislative Intern at the Colorado State Capitol from January 2003 to May 2003.

Lizz Krummel obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies from South High School in 2001. Lizz then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at the University of Southern Colorado from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they enrolled in the University of Colorado Denver's Graduate School of Public Affairs and completed their Master of Public Affairs degree from 2003 to 2005.
