Abigail Ramsey

Abigail Ramsey has a diverse work experience in various roles. Abigail is currently working as a Content Associate at D50 Media since August 2022. Previously, they held positions at Pepperdine University, where they worked as a Communications Specialist from March 2021 to August 2022, and as a Writer from May 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they worked at California State University Channel Islands as an Administrative Support Assistant II for a brief period in 2019.

Abigail also had roles at California State University Channel Islands as a Desk Assistant for AVP of Housing & Residential Education from August 2017 to December 2018, where they had responsibilities such as editing reports, drafting department-wide communication, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support. Abigail also worked as a Human Resources Lead Student Assistant from October 2014 to August 2017, where they audited documentation, drafted campus-global communication, and collaborated with departments on hiring processes.

Furthermore, Abigail has experience as an Editorial Director for The Island Fox Literary Journal from January 2018 to May 2018, where they reviewed and edited submissions, developed a review process, and reviewed proofs for publication. Abigail also had an editorial internship at SAGE Publishing from September 2016 to December 2016.

Abigail Ramsey attended California State University Channel Islands from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English. Their studies included a focus on creative writing, specifically in the form of a Writing Emphasis program. Additionally, they obtained a Technical Writing Certificate, indicating their proficiency in this specific field of study.
