Rob Baker has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rob started their career as a CAD Technician at Architectural Design Guild in 2008, where they worked on retail projects and residential renovations. In 2009, they joined AAIC Inc. as a CAD Technician, focusing on educational facility drawings. In 2010, they joined Da-Com Corporation as a Territory Representative and later became the Illinois Sales Supervisor. Rob then served as the Professional Services Manager and Director of Professional Services before being promoted to the role of VP of Technology and Digital Services, which they currently hold as of September 2021.

Rob Baker earned a bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an associate degree in Science and Arts from Southwestern Illinois College, from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Rob has also obtained several certifications including Fiery-200 Command Workstation from EFI in May 2016, Document Management Sales Advisor from DocuWare Corporation in January 2016, eCopy Sales Associate Degree from Nuance Communications in November 2014, and Managed Print Consultant from LMI Solutions in 2013.
