Marcella Chagas

Marcella Chagas serves as the Regional Marketing Director at DAB Pumps since December 2023, contributing to the Central-North European Leadership Team with a focus on marketing management, sales strategies, and team engagement across six countries. Prior to this role, Marcella accumulated extensive experience at Atlas Copco, progressing from Product Marketing Engineer to Marketing and Sales Excellence Manager, where key contributions included driving sustainable growth, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing marketing processes globally. Marcella holds two MBA degrees from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and an engineering degree in Mechatronics from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
