Julia Vandoorne is a seasoned choreographer and dancer with extensive experience in various performance and fashion contexts. Since June 2005, Julia has showcased professional dance works and improvisational pieces. Notable roles include fashion show curator and choreographer for events at the V&A Museum, where responsibilities encompassed catwalk design, music editing, lighting design, and backstage production management. Other significant collaborations include choreography and performance for artists such as Noel Gallagher and Robyn, and performances for major brands like Google and Levi Strauss & Co. Julia Vandoorne also has a background in teaching, having served as a street dance instructor at Ealing Street Dance Academy, and has received formal training from The Royal Ballet School and the International Theatre School Jacques Lecoq.
