Kwame is currently the Head of HR & Administration at DAC Aviation International and also serves as a Human Resources Manager at Moor Company Limited. Kwame has a strong background in handling training, career development, manpower planning, and performance appraisal. Kwame's expertise also includes managing HR procedures, controlling labor budgets, employee relations, recruitment, and organizational structure updates. Kwame holds a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and has a background in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Central University College and Prempeh College, respectively.
