Paweł Madej

Paweł Madej has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Paweł is currently working as an R&D Project Manager at DAC.digital since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Grupa Energa - Energa Informatyka i Technologie from June 2021 to September 2021.

In 2020, Paweł worked as a Project Coordinator for the EIT Health project at Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny (Medical University of Gdańsk) from April to October. In 2019, they were a Project Manager at Asseco Data Systems.

From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Trainer at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku and as an IT Project Manager at Positio.pl.

Paweł gained significant experience as a Project Manager at Ośrodek Badawczo-Rozwojowy Centrum Techniki Morskiej S.A. (Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A.) from 2014 to 2016. Paweł has also worked as an IBM Rational Specialist/Project Coordinator at IBM Center of Advanced Studies (CAS IBM) from 2014 to 2016.

In addition, Paweł has academic experience as a Research and Teaching Staff Member at Politechnika Gdańska from 2009 to 2016. Paweł was also an IBM Rational Specialist/Business Analyst at Uniwersyteckie Centrum Kompetencyjne Technologii Oprogramowania IBM from 2011 to 2014.

Throughout their career, Paweł has been involved in a wide range of projects, including international collaborations and partnerships with companies such as Kongsberg, Thales, 4DSP, Curtis-Wright, SAAB, and IBM.

Paweł Madej has a diverse education history. Paweł began their studies in 2004 at the Gdańsk University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing. Paweł completed this degree in 2009, earning the title of Magister inżynier (Mgr inż.).

In 2007, Paweł took the opportunity to study abroad at VIA University College Horsens in Denmark. Paweł'sfocus during this time was International Management, although they did not attain a specific degree.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Paweł continued their education at the Gdańsk University of Technology. From 2010 to 2014, they pursued an interdisciplinary doctoral program at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The focus of their doctoral studies was in the field of Environmental Management.

Furthering their academic pursuits, Paweł enrolled in the Doctoral Studies program at the Gdańsk University of Technology from 2014 to 2016. Paweł'sfocus during this time was in the discipline of Management Sciences.

Throughout their educational journey, Paweł Madej has showcased a strong interest in management and environmental studies, expanding their knowledge and skills in these areas through various academic programs.
