Steve Carnes

Steve Carnes has a diverse work experience starting in 1991 as an Ag Banker at Norwest Bank. Steve then worked at First National Bank South Dakota as a Vice President - Ag Banking from 1996 to 2003. Following this, they served as the Branch President at First National Bank North Platte from 2003 to 2006. Steve then joined Home Federal Bank as a VP - Market Manager from 2006 to 2012. Steve later joined First National Bank, Ft. Pierre, SD as an Ag Loan Officer in 2012. In 2013, they became the Sr. Vice President at ANB Bank and served as the Community Bank President there from 2013 to 2014. Finally, they joined Dacotah Bank as a Special Asset Manager from 2014 to 2015 and eventually became the Market President there from 2015 onwards.

Steve Carnes received a Diploma from Beresford High School in Beresford, SD in 1977. From 1977 to 1981, they attended South Dakota State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Econ & Ag Business.
