Sakshi Goenka is an experienced professional in workforce development and people analytics, currently serving as Manager of Workforce Development at dae since June 2025. Previously, Sakshi worked as a People Analytics/Business Talent Consultant Liaison at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for a brief period in early 2025 and held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of New Haven, while also serving as President of the Society of Human Resource Management there. In the summer of 2024, Sakshi interned at TruStage focusing on DE&I and multicultural business strategy and gained valuable experience as an Educator with Teach For India from June 2021 to May 2023.
