Ron K. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ron began their career in the US Army in 1998, holding various roles such as Aide-de-Camp, Project Manager, PMO, and Operations. During their time in the Army, they successfully managed projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $35M, implementing strategies to reduce project costs while meeting important milestones.

In 2019, Ron transitioned to the software industry, taking on the position of Vice President Operations. In this role, they played a key role in increasing revenue by 75% within the first two months of joining the company. Ron managed international operations with a $20M budget and over 50 team members, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and efficiency to enhance team engagement. Ron also developed analytical frameworks and data models to support decision-making and prioritization within the organization.

In 2021, Ron moved to a healthcare organization as the Chief Operating Officer. Ron successfully oversaw the restructuring of the organization, reducing overhead expenses by 45% while maintaining patient service levels. Ron also built a high-level leadership team and established the Project Management Office within the start-up, integrating project management practices across the enterprise.
