Hanisah Ab Wahab's work experience includes:

- Currently working as a Business & Operations Compliance Executive at Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd since February 2021.

- Previously worked as an Executive Trainee at Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd from January 2020 to December 2020.

- Worked as a Research Officer at International Islamic University Malaysia from July 2015 to December 2018.

- Worked as a Liaison Officer for the Pangkor International Development Dialogue (PIDD) at Institut Darul Ridzuan from April 2015 to November 2017.

Hanisah Ab Wahab obtained a Master's of Science in Build Environment (MSBE) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. Their field of study during this time was focused on the Unlawful Occupation and Operation of State land. Prior to their master's degree, Hanisah completed their Bachelor's of Urban and Regional Planning at the same university. Their degree was centered around the City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning field. In addition to their formal education, Hanisah also obtained a certification in A C2S eLearning Solution from Coach 2 Success Consultancy in June 2020.
