Juzaidi Md Ali

Juzaidi Md Ali has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and system analysis. Juzaidi began their career as an intern at PETRONAS ICT Sdn Bhd in 2014. In 2015, they worked as an Application Support Analyst at NCSI, where they provided second-level support to customers and conducted root-cause analysis for user issues. Later in 2015, they joined Zen Computer Systems Sdn Bhd as a Business Analyst, where they managed and participated in various system development projects. From 2017 to 2019, Juzaidi worked at Mesiniaga Berhad as a System Analyst, where they were responsible for defining application problems and improving system performance. In 2019, they joined Bestinet Sdn Bhd as a Business Analyst, followed by their current position at Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd, also as a Business Analyst.

Juzaidi Md Ali started their education at Sekolah Menengah Sains Tuanku Syed Putra from 2004 until 2008, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Science. Juzaidi then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Development at Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka from 2010 to 2015.
