Ida Madsen Hestman

Ida Madsen Hestman is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in journalism and criticism, particularly in music and film. Currently, Ida serves as Programleder for "Blått lerret" at VEGA SCENE UTVIKLING OG DRIFT and holds the position of Music Critic for Klassekampen. Additionally, Ida works with Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK) as a researcher, vaktsjef, and programleder in NRK P2. Freelance contributions as a journalist have been made to Dagbladet and other publications, alongside a role as a Film Critic at Montages. Ida also has experience in casting and research at Monster and previously worked as a program editor for the Tromsø International Film Festival. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Medievitenskap from the University of Oslo and a BA in Art Direction from the Westerdals School of Communication.
