Tonje Gjevjon

Tonje Gjevjon is an accomplished professional with a diverse portfolio in the arts and media sectors. Currently serving as Lay Out ansvarlig for matriarken.no since 2020, Gjevjon has also contributed as an Ekstern spaltist for Dagbladet since January 2017. As Chairman of the Board at both Blylaget Film AS and Akershus Kunstsenter, Gjevjon exhibits leadership in various artistic initiatives. An experienced editor at kunstkreditt.no and a former kommentator for Akershus Amtstidende, Gjevjon brings a wealth of writing expertise, having also worked as a spaltist for Klassekampen. Active in art through the Hungry Hearts Pin-Up Performance Band as Kunstnerisk leder and involvement with the Hungry Hearts art collective since 2000, Gjevjon balances artistic ventures with editorial roles. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from Bergen Academy of Art and Design, complemented by studies at Oslo Tegne og Maleskole and Strykejernet Tegne og Maleskole.
